This skill enforces: annotation-based configuration, compile-time DI (no reflection), reactive programming with Project Reactor, declarative HTTP clients, and AOT compilation. Requires JDK 17+ and Micronaut 4+. Do NOT use for: Spring Boot, Quarkus, Jakarta EE, or non-Micronaut Java frameworks.
