Extracts one repository's pull-request house style from its ~50 most recent human-authored merged PRs and writes it to the per-repo cache as a style card at <cache>/style.md, returning a four-line pointer — the PR bodies stay in this agent's context, never the caller's. Pass a plain prompt with `repo: <owner/name>`, `cache: <dir>`, `viewer: <gh login>`. Spawn it when the repo has no style card or the freshness check says the card is stale.
