repo-scout

Use when you need specific information from a repository OTHER than the current project — e.g., "how does project X implement Y?", "what is the API contract in that other repo?", "does that upstream library expose a hook for Z?". Runs in an isolated context and returns ONLY a citation-backed digest, never raw file contents or full transcripts. Do NOT use for the current working project — use Explore, Grep, or Read instead.
