Use when a user wants to scope a QuickSight→Sigma migration, audit BI sprawl, or pick which analyses to convert first. READ-ONLY — never writes to QuickSight or posts to Sigma. AWS-CLI auth (no boto3). Enterprise edition required for full complexity. Feeds the quicksight-to-sigma conversion skill.
